WNS, a leading provider of global business-process outsourcing (BPO) services, has acquired Business Applications Associates (BizAps), a provider of SAP solutions, to enhance finance and accounting (F&A) shared services transformation for global customers.
The acquisition of BizAps will enable WNS to optimize ERP in its F&A functions, such as purchase-to-pay and order-to-cash. “The ability to optimize the technology underpinnings of the finance and supply chain functions is critical for companies to drive maximum value from their data to drive business decisions,” explains Conor Mullaney, CEO, BizAps.
