Capita to Buy 70% Stake in IBS OpenSystems
Capita has agreed a 77.7 million deal to buy IBS OPENSystems, a software provider for welfare services. Capita, the U.K.'s biggest outsourcing firm, will pay 187.85 pa share for 70 percent of the Newbury-based company. IBS provides IT systems and services to more than 230 local authorities and housing associations. Last year's turnover was 21 million
