Perot Systems has acquired Original Solutions, a professional IT services firm providing applications development and management services to customers in Ireland and the U.K.

Expanding its global delivery capabilities, Peter Altabef, President and CEO of Perot Systems explains, “With its expertise and commitment to operational excellence, Original Solutions will enhance our expanding worldwide IT services capabilities.”
Original Solutions’ competencies include web applications and customer server development, enterprise integration and legacy systems re-engineering, as well as significant expertise in IT Service Management and IT Infrastructure Library process management. Original Solutions’ customers include Allied Irish Bank, Bank of Ireland, Eircom, and O2. John Collins, the original founder, will remain as head of the company and will facilitate further expansion.
