| The supposed shortage does have some basis in reality BUT many prospective employers are too short sighted to investigate the highly talented and mature professionals in the respective fields. Is this juts a matter of wishing to reduce costs by substituting lower cost HB1sfor indigenous professional talents or is it a bias against paying for experienced talent (experienced defined as being anyone over 40 years of age).
