Indian Outsourcing Group Fires Back on H-1B Fraud Charges
India's chief outsourcing association, Nasscom, has acknowledged that there may be instances of U.S. H-1B visa abuse by Indian companies, but it said the problems are confined to "small, fly-by-night operators"
