24/7 Customer, a provider of business process outsourcing services, announced the launch of its delivery center in Gurgaon, its fifth in India. The center will be lending support services to voice-based inbound customer.
This is the center’s first foray into the northern region of India. Initially an incubation centre of 300 seats will be set up, with plans to ramp up to a facility with over 1,500 seats in the next 12-18 months.
This is 24/7 Customer’s eighth global center. The other seven centers are in Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, California, Middlesex, Guatemala and Manila.
