Enbridge Gas Distribution, an American natural gas company, has awarded a five-year business process outsourcing (BPO) deal to Accenture.
The financial terms of the contract have not been disclosed.
The BPO services will be delivered by Accenture Business Services for Utilities (ABSU), a BPO division of Accenture and outsourcing services provider catering to the utilities industry in North America.
Under the terms of the contract, ABSU will provide various services that are associated with billing, collections, billing inquiry and emergency and service call-center management
