Telenor Pakistan and The Resource Group (TRG), a Pakistan-based IT and call-center services provider, have signed an outsourcing deal. The duration and financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Under the terms of the deal, TRG will provide a wide range of call-center services to Telenor’s subscribers in Pakistan. The company will offer telemarketing services, email-support as well as handle customer queries related to mobile number portability for Telenor’s subscribers. However, Telenor will continue to offer inbound customer support services to its subscribers from its call centers.
