The U.S. Army has selected BearingPoint, a Virginia-based management and technology consulting firm, for a five-year, $188 million deal to provide support for the U.S. Army’s Enterprise Solutions Competency Center (ESCC). The contract has a base period of one-year and four extension options of one-year each.

Under the terms of the deal, BearingPoint will provide consultancy services to ESCC to support ESCC’s systems engineering, software development, enterprise resource planning and service-oriented architecture implementation.
