Rosetta Stone, a Virginia-headquartered language learning software provider, has awarded a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) services deal to Convergys, a Cincinnati-headquartered BPO services provider. The duration and financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Under the terms of the deal, Convergys will be responsible for handling high volumes of inbound calls for Rosetta. In addition, the company will provide a routing platform that would help Rosetta to direct calls according to the campaign profile.
