The U.S. Army Contract Agency (ACA) has selected SAIC, a California-headquartered research, engineering and technology services and solutions provider, to provide IT services. The contract is collectively valued at about $20 billion for all the 16 awardees. However, the names of the team members were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the contract, SAIC will provide a wide range of IT services such as business process reengineering, information-systems security, information assurance, enterprise design, systems operation, integration, consolidation and maintenance, education and training, program and project management, and network support.
