PJCOMN Acquisition, an affiliate of Washington, D.C.-based private-equity firm Milestone Capital Management, and HR XCEL, a provider of Human Resource (HR) and benefits administration outsourcing and payroll solutions provider, have signed an outsourcing contract. The financial terms and duration of the agreement have not yet been disclosed.

Under the terms of the contract, HR XCEL will provide various HR outsourcing services for PJCOMN, and its employees at 84 Papa John’s Pizza stores in Colorado and Minnesota.
