Brennan IT has inked two deals with Burns Philp and Australian Pipeline Trust (APT). As a part of the agreement, Brennan IT will provide outsourced telecommunications and managed IT services.
The managed-services agreements, with a combined value of $1.65 million over three years, will provide Burns Philp and APT with onsite and remote IT support, which includes a manned 24x7 service desk and ongoing proactive maintenance and monitoring of their IT infrastructure.
Brennan IT will also provide Burns Philp with managed and secured Internet access, hosting and telecommunications solutions, and APT with a national Private IP WAN that will include a network-based Internet firewall, spam filtering and anti-virus protection.
The new Private IP WAN now links APTs offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth, and includes three offsite servers hosted by Brennan IT in its new data center.
