Brazil’s third largest private bank, Unibanco, has inked a five-year IT infrastructure outsourcing deal with Unisys. The deal is worth $47 million.

As a part of the agreement, Unisys will also offer support and maintenance services for a range of banking-automation equipments including automated-teller machines and check dispensers, PCs, laptops, servers, network devices and printers, and IT-helpdesk services for Unibanco’s retail-banking employees, delivered from the Unisys Managed Service Center, Sao Paulo, Brazil.
