Dallas-based software and services company Corpus, has announced plans to acquire Mumbai, India-based media and entertainment outsourcing firm, Recreate Solutions. Recreate specializes in providing solutions to the media and entertainment industries. Corpus will pay $13 million in the all-cash deal to acquire the company.

Connect Capital, a venture-capital fund holds 70% stake in Recreate, while the promoters and key employees own the remaining 30%.

With the acquisition of the Recreate Solutions’ team of 100, Corpus has now grown its worldwide team to 580.
