Unisys has received a three-year extension of its engagement to provide outsourced IT services to AIG Technologies (AIGT). The contract extends services that Unisys has provided AIGT since 2000.

AIGT is the information technology services provider for member companies of American International Group (AIG), a leading international insurance organization with operations in more over 130 countries and jurisdictions.

The Unisys services are intended to enable AIGT to realize the key benefits from secure business operations: Improved efficiency, better support for employees serving clients in the field, enhanced customer satisfaction and greater competitive agility.

The services Unisys will provide AIGT include managed support and maintenance services — such as deskside and warranty support — for desktop systems, laptops, servers and network-attached printers. A Unisys program office will coordinate service delivery.
