DSG International has signed a £120 million ($208 million), seven-year, call center outsourcing deal with Capita. Under the terms of the deal, all 900 DSG staff have been transferred to Capita, which will handle the center's three million enquiries a year.
The deal is the third outsourcing contract that DSG has signed so far this year. In January, it signed a multi-million pound deal to outsource IT systems development, application delivery, infrastructure support and maintenance services to Indian supplier HCL.
Last month, it signed a contract with BT to manage all of its head office and branch telecom networks.
