The amount spent on outsourcing within Asia Pacific excluding Japan (APEJ) market the region will exceed $10 billion this year, according to a recent report by IDC.

The market will grow from $9.58 billion in 2005, to $16.06 billion in 2010, according to the report. This represents a compound annual growth rate of 10.9% over the forecast period.

According to the report titled Asia/Pacific (Excluding Japan) IT Outsourcing 2006-2010 Forecast and Analysis, India and the PRC will continue to be the high-growth markets in the coming five years.
